How It Works

Get started with the API Connector in Workflows

Step 1: Drag-and-drop the API connector into your workflow from the utilities menu on the left side of your workflow builder.

Step 2: Click the 'Configure API' option on the workflow step and you'll be taken to the 'Connector details' page. On this page, you can name your connector and add a description that others in your organization would find helpful.

Step 3: Next, click on the HTTP Request page. Here you will set up the credentials you will be potentially be using for this connector. Then select the type of HTTP request and add the API url that would be used for this request.

After the API URL is added and the type of HTTP request has been chosen, the next step is reviewing/setting the Query Parameters. For a detailed how-to check out our help article
